Expeditions' South Fork American River Campground Tour.
Check our Camp Store for any last
minute items you may need for your American River rafting trip, then head over
to the Guest Information Kiosk to read about local history or see what is
happening in the area. Have an early-morning cup of java at the Coffee Corner,
or an after-rafting wine tasting at the Wine & Beverage Garden. For a quiet
moment, stroll on our Sierra Nature Trail or find a private bench near the
river that invites reflecting and reading. If you are renting one of our luxury
tents enjoy your beverage while sitting on your own private veranda.
You and
your group will enjoy playing volleyball, ping pong and horseshoes. Dining is
always a pleasure when the food is fresh and prepared outdoors. Sometimes there
is live bluegrass music, a jazz trio and storytelling for your entertainment.
In the morning, hop on one of our River Vans for a quick trip to an exciting
river rafting adventure.
